INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CLAIM YOUR SCHOLARSHIP MONIES

1 - Complete Local Scholarship Verification Form - will be given out at Scholarship Night on May 16, 2023. 

2 - Attach a copy of your FALL 2023-2024 college class schedule from the college you are attending; and the required personal THANK YOU note which must be attached to the verification sheet in order to recieve funding. 

3 - Look at the 2023 Universal Scholarship List and send Verification Form to the address provided.

4 - Look at the 2023 Universal Scholarship List and send a "Thank You" card to the scholarship committee!

** NOTE:  Not all scholarship organizations meet prior to the Fall semester.  As a result, scholarships awarded may not be sent to the college/university until Second Semester.
